We do not create user accounts on our site. We collect only the information you provide directly to us (for example, during checkout or when contacting support):

- TradingView username (used solely to grant/revoke access to our invite‑only scripts)
- Purchase details (via our payment processor)
We do not store payment card numbers on our servers.
Usage Information
We automatically collect limited technical information to operate, secure, and improve the Services: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, timestamps, and related server/security logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain access to our TradingView invite‑only scripts and related Services
- Process transactions and send purchase confirmations/receipts
- Send onboarding, technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Monitor and analyze aggregate usage to improve reliability and features
- Send marketing emails with your consent where required or as otherwise permitted by law (you can opt out at any time)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:
Service Providers
We use trusted vendors to operate our Services, including:
Stripe (payments); DigitalOcean / Cloudflare (hosting/CDN and security); Google Workspace (email); Sentry (error logging and reliability).
TradingView
Our indicators run on TradingView. We use the TradingView username you provide to grant/revoke script access. Your interactions on TradingView are governed by TradingView's policies.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Business Transfers
In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not use advertising pixels and do not "share" data for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
4. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information, including TLS encryption in transit, provider‑level encryption at rest, least‑privileged access to systems, and periodic access reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI‑compliant processor. We do not store payment card information on our servers. Stripe's collection and use of your data is governed by Stripe's policies.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies required to operate security, performance, and payment features (e.g., Cloudflare, Stripe). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Because only strictly necessary cookies are used, prior consent is not required in most jurisdictions. You can control cookies via your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may impact checkout or site security. If we later add non‑essential technologies, we will obtain consent where required and update this Policy.
7. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law:
- Purchase & access records: while access is active + 24 months
- Transaction & tax records: 7 years
- Server/security logs: 90 days
- Support emails: 12 months
We may retain data longer if necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal information (for example, to access or delete your information). To exercise rights or to opt out of marketing emails, contact support@tradeaxis.systems or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
California (CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. You may request access or deletion of your information. We honor email opt‑out requests within legally required timeframes (e.g., 10 business days under U.S. CAN‑SPAM).
9. Third‑Party Services
Our Services may link to or integrate with third‑party platforms. Their handling of your data is governed by their own policies:

10. International Users
We operate in the United States and do not offer the Services to individuals in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area/Switzerland. We may decline or refund transactions from those regions. If you are located in any of these regions, please do not use the Services. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from such regions, we will delete it.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact support@tradeaxis.systems and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
